Istarted watching this on the bumper bbc2 night, never expectingit to be so ace merely curious because i like the writers, now im completely hooked on it. my favourite characteris smithy for sure, and when he had the fight with his sister on the floor i was in stitches, we’ve all been there with a sibling, havent we??!! its like having a good secret knowing about this programme because its not talked about by everyone, rather like when Nighty Night was on bbc3, did anybody but mewatch that?!!

Gavin and Stacy is so funny. What brilliant writing and perfect casting.
The new star is Doris she has slowly been brought into the series. While Doris is trying to get into Gavins pants everyone else is oblivious to it and Gavins bloody scared.
Uncle Bryns best line “2 words Sat Nav”
Great singing in the penny arcade they were both so serious.
I really hope they they write a few more series this is great original humour.
Watch out for the birthing scene it was filmed in Caerphilly miners hospital South Wales.

This is the best thing on TV at the moment! I just love all the characters. It just makes you want to start cooking omlettes!!! Pure genious writing. Thanks to Ruth and James. I hope they work together again. I can see myself in Pam and it tickles me every time I see her. (It also makes me cringe coz she is so realistic – thanks to Alison) I can’t say how much I love this programme. xxxx

I laughed so much when the old lady next door was coming on to Gavin.
That had to be one of the highlights of the series!

The writing is just awesome, brilliant, well done guys.

I would love to highlight my favourite individual performances and characters but that would be unfair as the cast are all so good. I will be very sad when it ends but hope that James & Ruth work together soon. Try and resist the offers that will undoubtedly come from the USA and keep giving us gems like this.

Uncle Bryn is just crying out for his own offshoot series so pleased to hear that James is thinking about it – you must keep Rob Brydon in the role though, the man’s a genius.

hey guys new serious is fab , you were filming up at burger king in culver house cross in cardiff when i met u james and matt you were brill cant beleive you were filming that for over 8 hours there just for a 10-20 sec clip lol . but loving t he show cant wait for more good work !!

I love this series and love the fact that the Essex boy is from Billericay as that is where I live! And they actually mentioned a road that is close to me in the new one last night! Carry on with the good work!

The first series was brilliant. The new series is even better. Smithy you are a legend – milk it mate. I laughed out loud many many times over last night while watching the first two episodes. Clever characters, superbly written and brilliant cast. It should be on BBC2 or 1 and we all know it.

Have just watched the new program and laughed my socks off,the breakfast scene was a classic!!!

Not sure about Ruth’s kairrdiff accent! Do I sound like that?
