THE festive season has already begun in Barry with the start of filming in the town for the Christmas special edition of the hit sitcom Gavin and Stacey.
The cast and crew of the Barry-based show have been seen all around the town filming what promises to be a Christmas television highlight.
Scenes have already been shot on Barry Island and at the house in Trinity Street, Barry, which is where Stacey lives.
Glenda Kenyon, who actually lives in the house in real life, was moved out to a hotel for two days last week so the film crew

Now if this doesn’t convince them to make a third series, nothing will!
