Gavin & Stacey – Series 2- Episode 5

It’s Gwen’s birthday and Bryn has arranged a special surprise treat, although the stress of organising it is starting to get the better of him and arouse Gwen’s suspicions, as the hit comedy series continues. Then, an uninvited guest turns up and Stacey tells Gavin of her big decision.
Gwen is played by Melanie Walters, Bryn by Rob Brydon, Stacey by Joanna Page and Gavin by Mathew Horne. James Corden, Ruth Jones, Alison Steadman and Larry Lamb also star.
The programme is superb, the only dissapointing part was watching how you made Smithy’s sister act, it spoilt the whole programme for my wife and I.
The whole Essex thing is boring now, that’s whats refreshing about this programme…it’s different, come on don’t spoil it.

Superb writing! Always feel a bit flat when I see there only 5 more minutes till the programme ends! Whilst I love all the cast, James Corden & Ruth Jones as Smithy & Nessa are hilarious. I hope there will be a 3rd series (at least!) Great stuff guys.
Its the funniest series i have seen in a long time. great characters and great script. dont change a thing
