Nessa and Dave’s wedding is fast approaching and the preparations are in full swing, as the award-winning comedy concludes. Stacey breaks some life-changing news to Gavin. Smithy takes care of baby Neil and wishes Nessa all the best as she makes her way to the church to marry Dave, with some very special guests…

Shame to see the series end (especially since Corden and Jones both say this will be the last), but I think it’s ended at the right time. It just seemed that the writers were struggling to keep the story going in series three. But it was a great series nevertheless. Maybe James and Ruth could go back for a one-off special in a couple of years time to catch-up on whatever the characters are doing. Got to admit I’ll miss Gavin & Stacey.
